🩺 Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caring team. The RN assists the Director of Nursing Services in planning, organizing, and directing the daily operations of the nursing department. This role ensures the highest quality of resident care through strong clinical judgment, leadership, and teamwork.

🧭 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents as needed.

  • Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff on shift.

  • Conduct rounds and monitor residents’ health and well-being.

  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

  • Document care, observations, and resident progress thoroughly.

  • Participate in care plan development, assessments, and evaluations.

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies.

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

  • Uphold resident rights, dignity, and confidentiality.

✅ Qualifications

  • Active RN license in the State of Nebraska (or compact state).

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

  • Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Able to lift, move, or assist up to 50 lbs.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
